Terms of Service
These terms summarize Ausefy's non-custodial payment-orchestration model for merchant evaluations, pilot onboarding, and commercial discussions.
Service model
Ausefy provides payment recovery, orchestration, analytics, and related tooling. Ausefy is not the merchant of record, payment institution, or acquirer.
Compliance responsibilities
Merchants remain responsible for their PSP agreements, payment acceptance obligations, and compliance with laws such as GDPR and PCI DSS. Ausefy maintains its own operational controls and documentation but does not replace merchant-side compliance obligations.
Cardholder data
The platform is designed so full PANs and sensitive authentication data are not stored in Ausefy systems. Any deviation from that model requires explicit written approval and additional controls.
Liability and termination
Fees, liability caps, termination rights, and governing law are defined in signed commercial agreements.
